April 2026
There is something sacred about springtime.
After the stillness of winter, the earth begins to soften… awaken… and gently return to life. Buds appear where there was once emptiness. Light lingers a little longer each day. And beneath it all, there is a quiet invitation—for renewal, for growth, for beginning again.
This spring feels especially meaningful to me.
I am moving through a season of deep personal transition. I continue to honor the grief of losing my mother, while also navigating the tender reality of my father’s memory changes. These experiences have asked me to slow down, to feel deeply, and to sit with both love and loss in ways that have forever changed me.
And yet… alongside that grief… there is also something new emerging.
Spring reminds us that life continues to move, to expand, to create. It gently encourages us to open again—at our own pace, in our own way.
This season, I am choosing to welcome new growth.
Growth in my heart…Growth in my path…Growth in the way I serve others…
There is joy unfolding as my family expands with my granddaughter’s marriage—a beautiful reminder that love continues to bloom across generations.
There is also new energy flowing into my work, as I welcome new mentees into my practice and open space for new class offerings. Each new connection, each new beginning, each gentle step I take feels like a seed being planted—one that will grow in its own perfect time.
Spring is also a powerful time for cleansing and decluttering. The warmer weather has welcomed me to get out into the yard, and clear out the fallen leaves, pull weeds that have already crept into my garden, and transplant flowers to just the right spot. Not only has this spring become a time to clear out our physical spaces, but within ourselves as well. As I plucked each weed I was reminded of the need to let go, I invite you to do so as well…
What are you ready to release? What feels heavy, outdated, or no longer aligned?
Just as nature sheds what is no longer needed, we too can gently clear space… creating room for something new to enter.
You don’t have to rush this process.
Like the earth, your unfolding is natural… cyclical… and perfectly timed.
This spring, I invite you to:Pause…Breathe…Listen inward…
And ask yourself what new beginnings are quietly waiting to emerge within you.
No matter where you are on your journey—whether in grief, in growth, or somewhere in between—know that both can exist together.
There is space for all of it.
And just like spring… you are allowed to begin again.
