Lessons From the Light

Walking with Spirit through a Year of Healing, Sacred Transitions & Heart Centered Healing.

As I look back on this past year, I’m struck by how much growth, learning, and transformation unfolded—often side by side with deep personal loss. It was a year that asked a lot of me, and one that ultimately reminded me why this work matters so much.

Professionally, it was a year of expansion and new beginnings. I launched several new classes, including Developing Intuition, Reiki One, the Beginning Anatomy for Healers, a Crystal class, Pendulum Uses, and Meditation. I also introduced new services that allowed me to serve clients in broader and more meaningful ways, including Shamanic Healing, Crystal Reiki, and Card Readings. One of the most exciting developments was the creation of my new Biz Buzz Membership, designed to support and uplift holistic businesses through connection, education, and encouragement.

Alongside these offerings, I continued my work mentoring Healing Touch students. Watching several mentees complete their certification this year was deeply rewarding, and celebrating one student Carmela, stepping into certification as a teacher was a true highlight—a reminder of the ripple effect of healing and education.

All of this unfolded during one of the most difficult years I have ever experienced personally. I said goodbye to three beloved family members who passed into spirit: my Aunt Audry at 99 years young, my father-in-law Robert, and my mother, Dorothy. Grief became an unexpected teacher, weaving its way into my days and deepening my compassion, presence, and appreciation for life and the connection to the angels, guides, helpers, super powers, and super friends as well as the deep connections with my chosen family members, my friends, and all those I love.

As I step into the New Year, I do so with a full heart—honoring what was, grateful for what is, and feeling genuinely excited about what’s ahead. I’m looking forward to a Happy New Year filled with renewed energy, inspiration, and enthusiasm in both my personal and professional life, and I’m thankful to walk this path alongside such a beautiful and supportive community.
