Beginning Anatomy for Holistic Healers is a foundational course designed for Reiki practitioners, Healing Touch students, intuitive healers, and those who work with subtle energy. This series weaves anatomical understanding with energetic awareness, offering a grounded, embodied approach to deepening your healing practice.

In this hands-on learning experience, we explore the physical structures of the body while developing the ability to sense how energy flows, responds, and reveals itself through subtle cues—felt, seen, known, or intuitively perceived through the clairs. Rather than studying anatomy in a purely clinical way, participants are invited into direct experience, learning to recognize energetic patterns and understand how structure and energy interact within the body.

Over four weeks, participants build a deeper relationship with the human body by exploring muscles, organs, fascia, and energetic pathways through both intuitive awareness and practical application. Each week introduces the chakra system in relation to the physical body, illuminating how chakras correspond with organs, glands, and physiological functions. You will learn how energetic imbalances may present physically and how conscious awareness, intention, and gentle touch can support balance and harmony.

This integrated approach strengthens anatomical understanding and energetic sensitivity, allowing healers to work with greater clarity, confidence, and compassion.
